After Hours Emergency
For a medical, fire or police emergency immediately call 911.
For other types of emergencies:

No Heat or power out in apartment or part of apartment - Call 800-401-8430 (or Rhode Island Energy1-855-RIE-1102 if power is out in the neighborhood).
Overflowing toilet, frozen pipe or plumbing leak - 800-401-8430 or GEM Plumbing (401) 867-5309
After hours Lock Out - Our locksmith is AA Locksmith (401) 725-2340 or you may call any locksmith of your choice. Tenant is responsible for paying the locksmith.
For a heating or plumbing emergency, if you fail to reach the office and the problem is getting worse quickly, you can call a plumber or heating service of your choice. GEM Plumbing at 831-7000 offers 24-hour emergency service. Note, if you call an emergency number and it is not an emergency, you will be charged for the service call. Lock out payment is expected at service call.
