Sublets

Your lease requires that you request prior written permission from the Landlord for any proposed sublet. Sublets will only be considered for periods of at least 31 days or one calendar month. Any requested sublet applicant must fill out a sublet application to be approved by the Landlord. Tenants remain fully responsible for the Lease, including all rent and other amounts due, during the term of any sublet. The sublet application is available here:
