Please set up BOTH an electric AND a gas account well in advance of your scheduled move-in date:

You have a choice of internet / phone /TV companies. If you choose to use a provider that charges installation, we require you to pay for the installation.

*Rhode Island Energy does not always use the same apartment address for gas and electric! You may need to speak with an agent on the phone to figure out which apartment is which in their system. If you need help, call the office and we will provide you with the meter numbers for each account.
