Routine Maintenance

Please fill out a maintenance request form to report problems to our office. In addition, you may call requests for routine repairs and maintenance in by phone to 401-432-7551 or by email to office@stoneproperty.com.

General Rules

Please refer to your Lease about any questions concerning what is permitted in your unit. Here are some examples of things that are NOT allowed:

  • Smoking or vaping in apartments or hallways

  • BBQ grills on porches or balconies

  • Electric bikes or scooters anywhere on the premises

  • Parties

  • Pets*

  • Fish tanks

  • Window air conditioners or space heaters*

  • Tenant belongings in hallways and other common areas*

  • Subletting,* Airbnb and/or renting parking spaces out

Tenants may request Landlord permission for items marked with an * above. Permission must be obtained in writing to be valid. Any storage of tenant belongings outside of the apartment or in the basement, if allowed, is at your own risk.
